Explore Milwaukee's Doors Open Event
Doors Open Milwaukee is back for another year, featuring 167 locations, including several new sites for residents to discover. Scheduled for September 27-28, the event allows locals to tour a variety of buildings, from schools to churches, at no cost. Some locations will also offer guided tours for a fee, starting at $10, with prior reservations needed.
Among the paid tours available are the Riverworks Beerline Trail Walking Tour and the Forest Home Cemetery Bike Tour, each priced at $11.79. Note that popular tours, like the City Hall Bell Tower tour, may already have waitlists due to high demand. New participants this year include places like Northern Ground and the Marcia P. Coggs Health and Human Services Center, among others. For complete details on all participating locations and their respective hours, residents can find more information easily.
